Tune in to your neck - how’s it feeling today?
I can’t recall a single person who has been on my table who does not have neck tension.
It’s hard to focus, get shit done, and even be nice if the tension gets intense.
My favorite exercise is simple YES/NO movements. Check out this quick video for the instructions:
